HOA Dues: Our HOA dues are invoiced annually and are typically sent out in January. These dues play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and value of our community.

 

Property Values: We take pride in maintaining high property values by enforcing CCRs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) that help ensure a harmonious and well-kept community.

 

Utilities: For your convenience, utility services are provided by the City of Josephine for water, and for electric.

 

Architectural Changes: If you're considering making any modifications or additions to your property, such as changes in paint color, installation of sheds, patio covers, or pools, it's essential to obtain approval from our Architectural Board.
